Spring Apartments is a stunning contemporary multi-residential project comprising of 22 classically elegant dwellings, 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms in size. Conveniently located on a tram line, the architecture oozes classical inspiration, flawlessly complementing it’s coveted postcode.
Focus for Spring was to provide a diverse range of apartments to broaden the appeal in the market and enable the building to cater for a wide range of residents and their needs. This meant that the maximization on the number of apartments was relinquished in favour of dwellings with larger floorplans that provided an environment to foster a better quality of life for residents.
The project also elicited some significant challenges, with partly contaminated soil on the site, meaning we had to step in and manage the associated risk involved. Our solution was a win for all in the project team, and saved the developer $300k in a single variation cost.
Another part of our involvement meant being out on site, assuring quality in workmanship for our client throughout the construction phase. Detailing in the kitchens show off beautiful materials with different textures, as well as fine joinery and matt-finish porcelain slab benchtops.
