LOCATION

Ross Street in Port Melbourne was a project for a first-time developer where we nurtured them through the process from start to finish.

Situated on a narrow block, the renovation was designed around a newly designed central feature; the staircase and glass elevator. The void was filled with a vertical garden which introduces a green touch to the space. Plenty of natural light illuminates the interiors, adding to the large sense of space. Large windows on the second level complement give unhindered views to the Melbourne skyline.u00a0

The classic period facade was kept and restored, adding rich character to the home.u00a0

Challenging neighbours meant that we became the sole transit of communication between the client and the project team, from which we were able to affect satisfactory results for everyone involved. Furthermore, we clearly understood the client’s needs, efficiently communicating them to the builder, meaning the project was completed on-time with quality results.u00a0
