Munro Street is a large, modern-contemporary home in Kew East, looking out to the nearby golf course continuing to the CBD. The project saw Shepherd manage many detailed aspects, including the contract management and overseeing construction works on behalf of the client.
Featuring and immense kitchen with a grand combination of the highest quality stone and fine timber joinery, it also boasts over 80 square-metres of skylights, flooding spaces with soft daylight. Choosing such rich and characterful materials meant we guided our clients through the maze of high-quality design solutions, sourcing products and their suppliers; ultimately finding the most cost-effective quotations to ensure they were getting the best value for money.
With the astounding spiral staircase the home’s most pronounced feature, it was critical to ensure that the builder’s subcontractors delivered only the best quality finish.
