LOCATION

Hedgeley House is a strong statement of quality and refinement. The facade’s upper floors are accentuated by the cantilevered balconies and strong rectangular lines.

The large full-height windows leading out to the balconies are met with the climbing landscape screens to perfectly balance the ingress of light with a lush outlook on welcoming greenery. The outdoor entertainment space gives residents a seamless connection to the outside environment as the full-height windows open up the flow of the living area into one continuous space.

It was in the early stages of coming on board that we suggested utilising unused nearby space to create two storey townhouse, making it more appealing to market. It sold prior to construction and made the developer an additional $400k in revenue.
