1258 stands tall among the Malvern skyline. Situated on a narrow site on bustling Malvern Road, it contains 6 boutique apartments and includes a shopfront on the ground level. 

Due to the nature of the site and the type of build, it was our responsibility to devise logistical solutions in order to make construction efficient and effective. 

Futhermore, we ensured that additional care was taken during the build as to not affect the car dealership adjacent to the site, which was trading throughout the lifespan of the construction phase.
