1 – DIRECTION
We identify what their clients specific goals are so we can share the same vision. From here, we implement direction and become the sole contact to the client. We shoulder the mantle of providing a wide net of communication between stakeholders, project/consultant team, legal professionals and local council authorities.
2 – SCHEDULING
We work closely with the project/consultant team to define what tasks need to be executed in order to complete the project, and in what order these occur. It involves calculating the time a task takes and solving any problems which may delay making their deadlines, something that comes naturally easy with our experience in construction.
3 – SCOPE
We coordinate with the project/consultant team to delegate tasks and ascertain what work needs to be done to deliver the project deliverables across all stages of the build. This means we will monitor and control the lifecycle of the project to save on effort and costs.
4 – CONTROL COSTS
One of a developer’s most significant areas of difficulty. Delivering on time and within budget are two constraints of every project, however fostering good relationships with consultants, trades and the supply chain means that we can control and allow for monetary costs and personnel resources.
5 – MANAGING TIME
We know that timely delivery on the project is of utmost importance to our clients, and is also one of the most challenging factors of each build. We control milestones, key dates and the critical path throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the project is completed on time.
6 – SOLVE PROBLEMS
There is always a chance of something in the project lifecycle going awry or the chance for potential risk not matter how well things are planned. Drawing from our vast experience in the industry, we will identify the potential risks and develop a solution that favours all parties and reduces the impact to the project.
7 – ADMINISTER PROCUREMENT
We are unbiased in our approach as our interests are solely to service the client. We have a range of partners in the industry we can call upon for services, however also facilitate a tendering process for new consultants/trades. We manage their contracts and control legal terms and matters pertaining to them.
8 – COMMUNICATION
We are the eyes and ears on the ground. Once the project is in full swing, we know how crucial communication with the project team and stakeholders is in order to keep things moving and deliver on a project.
9 – PROJECT CLOSURE
Once the project has been successfully delivered to the client, we prepare project management documentation and reviews which evaluates all stages of the project so we know what was most effective and what lessons we learned for next time.
10 – TO SAVE YOU TIME & REDUCE STRESS
We have the trust of the client, meaning their interests are being represented throughout the project from start to finish, allowing them to take care of the most important things in their lives – like their health, family and career outside of developing!
