Project was undertaken by Equiset and one of the lead Design & Project manager is a director of Shepherd. Intercontinental Hotel re-development in the Melbourne CBD consisted of upgrade of all the existing facilities, new indoor pool, spa, foyer and new furnishing for the guest rooms. All of these re- development works were carried out while retaining all features of “Heritage” significance.
